Bookings

To reserve your course/holiday you need to complete and return the booking form in full and arrange to send your deposit direct to our bank, details of which are on the form. Final payment must be received by us 8 weeks before the start of the course.

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment. All courses are limited so that everyone gets the full individual attention that they require. Most courses are suitable for all levels of competence. But if you have any questions regarding this issue we shall be happy to help you.

It is important that if you have any special dietary requirements that you notify us at the time of booking. If you have any health issues these need to be discussed with us before booking so that we can make sure that you are suitable for the course booked.

For guests travelling by air, please check with you airline regarding any paints or equipment that you wish to bring with you as some items are not permissable.  We do have supplies of most equipment needed for our courses on site.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Once deposits are received no refunds will be given on cancellations. It is advisable to take out independent travel insurance to cover this.

Disclaimer

The courses have been priced on the basis of a minimum number of participants . If we do not have the required number of people 8 weeks before the start of the course, we reserve the right to cancel the course giving a full refund of monies paid or to offer a place on another course equal in price.

During your stay at Mas Saurine we do all all that we can to make sure that you have a happy and safe holiday, but we take no responsiibility for accidents or the loss or damage of personal property.
