The food was awesome and I appreciated every meal and so did my hollow legs.  I won’t forget the laughter and dancing so keep on grooving!  I have enjoyed every moment living in paradise and learning new skills.

"We had such a great time at our cooking class at Mas Saurine! Julia is a great teacher, and her sense of humour made the experience all the more memorable. Not only did we learn a lot about french cooking, but also enjoyed the products of our work in the great company of the other guests (who were there for painting) & the delightful hosts, Carolynn & Robert, with plenty of travel stories being shared. The area around the estate is gorgeous and we really enjoyed going for a walk to a nearby village in our break from cooking. We would absolutely recommend Mas Saurine cookery courses!"

Carolynn I am so grateful to you. Your teaching has unlocked some sort of fear I had about trying to draw and paint. I find myself looking at views and objects with much greater understanding and concentration and feel the urge to have a crack at drawing them! All my previous attempts were blighted by not knowing about perspective or about the importance of shading.
